Sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference between what someone said, and what they meant.
We’ve all been there. You’re having a conversation with someone, and all of a sudden you realize you misunderstood what they said, or vice versa.
It can be funny at times or inappropriate. Silly or controversial. Misinterpretations can create the story of a lifetime, bring people together, diffuse a tense situation or create a horrible one.
We all make mistakes. And sometimes, it’s not even our fault! Sometimes, we’re just misinterpreting the situation at hand and not realizing what was really said.Write a story, an article, an essay, a poem, or anything you think would fit this theme and share your views about this topic.
